Hey, guess what? Celebrities can be uncles, too. Sometimes, you spend so much time doting on famous people in the public eye, that you forget they have extended families as well. Celebrity uncles (or, in one case, aunt) get to spoil their nieces and nephews rotten and not worry about the heavy lifting of parenthood. It’s ideal. So which celebrities love their nieces and nephews?
Chris is probably most famous for his role in Bridesmaids as the awesome cop and love interest of Kristen Wiig. He also does the voiceover in the Netflix animated series, Puffin Rock, which likely endeared him to his nieces and nephews even more.
As usual, Sarah Silverman is pushing boundaries when she says this. The comic is famously feminist, and in referring to herself as an uncle (because uncles are usually the fun ones) she makes it clear what her role is, to her nieces and nephews.
Liam Hemsworth is an actor, but he’s probably most famous for being engaged to Miley Cyrus. Well, that, and being Thor’s brother.
If you’ve seen the cult BBC hit, Being Human, then you’ll recognize Tovey as the werewolf. The guy is apparently as serious about being a good uncle as he about being a good actor.
